Marzipan can be used to make wonderful things. Marzipan consists of almond flour and icing sugar. The Örrekes set contains five different colours of marzipan with an almond content of 23%. The marzipan is soft and easily flowing.
The kit contains: 40 g yellow marzipan, 40 g green marzipan, 40 g white marzipan, 40 g red marzipan, 5 grams of black marzipan, edible pearls, bags and bases for packing the marzipan shapes.
