Conditions of sale
Örreke’s online shop is operated by OÜ Sinka (registration code: 12138815) (hereinafter also referred to as the “Seller”).
Validity of the sales contract, commercial and price information
The presentation and prices of the products sold in the online shop are indicated with the products. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT.
A delivery fee is added to the price. The delivery charge depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. The delivery charge will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Placing an order
To order, you must add the products you want to your shopping cart. In order to place an order, you must fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method.
The amount of the fee in euros is then displayed, which can be paid securely via bank links.
NB: When paying by bank transfer, be sure to click on the “Back to merchant” button on the bank page.
The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and payment card details. The contract enters into force from the date of receipt of the amount due in the account of the Online Shop.
The owner of the online shop is the controller of the personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the respective bank.
After the purchase has been completed, an invoice is sent to the buyer’s e-mail address.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to expiry of the delivery period or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days after the notification.
Delivery of goods
Goods purchased from the online store are delivered within the borders of the Republic of Estonia.
The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed with the shipping method.
Goods usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. In the case of out-of-stock products, the customer will be informed of the delay.
Right of withdrawal
After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to return the goods ordered from the online store within 14 days. In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the goods ordered may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in the same way as is allowed for testing the goods in a physical shop. If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, Sinka OÜ shall be entitled to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the reduction in the value of the goods.
In order to return the goods, the buyer must contact the owner of the online shop by sending a request for return (return request) to the e-mail address info@orreke.ee within 14 days of receipt of the goods at the latest.
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the request for return or provide proof that he has handed the goods over to the carrier within the above period.
Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, the Seller shall return to the Buyer without undue delay, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal, all payments received from the Buyer under the contract.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for returning the goods is that they do not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. they are wrong or defective).
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
We use the personal data provided by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. We pass on personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.
We will only send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address if the buyer has entered his/her e-mail address on the Örrekes website and has indicated his/her wish to receive direct mail notifications. The purchaser may opt-out of receiving offers and newsletters by e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
Dispute resolution
If the buyer has any complaints about the Örreke’s online shop, please send them to info@orreke.ee or call 529 0207. If the dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, the buyer can contact the Consumer Protection Board. Disputes will be settled in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
