Chocolate candies are made out of delicious chocolate chips. We decorate the candies with edible pattern film and decorations. In the workshop, we talk about the history and origins of chocolate. We talk about fair trade and the challenges of cocoa production today with older chocolate masters. We use white and dark chocolate to make candies. We add freeze-dried berries for flavour. At the end of the workshop, we wrap up all the sweets in a beautiful box.
