Detailed description of the workshop

We roll candies out of truffle mass and decorate them with edible berry flours and decorations. In the workshop, we talk about the history and origins of chocolate. We talk about fair trade and the challenges of cocoa production today with older chocolate makers. At the end of the workshop, we wrap up the chocolates in a fancy package. The workshop is suitable for pupils from the age of 10 (3rd grade).
