Dreamcatcher workshop

Dreamcatchers have come to us through indigenous peoples. In the Native American tradition, dreams are the source of spiritual power and help to see the future. Legend has it that bad dreams remain trapped in a web until the morning sun’s rays evaporate them. Good dreams, on the other hand, slip through the net, past the feathers to the sleeper.

Further description of the workshop

Dreamcatchers have come to us through indigenous peoples. In the Native American tradition, dreams are the source of spiritual power and help to see the future. Legend has it that bad dreams remain trapped in a web until the morning sun’s rays evaporate them. Good dreams, on the other hand, slip through the net, past the feathers to the sleeper. In the workshop, we will make dream catchers to catch all the bad dreams and help us enjoy a restorative sleep! We will use thread, buttons, feathers, beads and other handy decorative materials.
