Did you know that it was Mart, an assistant pharmacist of an Estonian descent, who mixed the world’s first marzipanize!?At least, that’s what we believe in Örreke. Already in the workshop, you can find out which worm powder and which animal bone meal we use to make marzipanize. The finished truffles will be beautifully wrapped and you can add different flavours. In the workshop, we talk about the history of marzipan and its connection with medieval Tallinn. We tell the legend of “Mart’s bread”. We hand-mold small truffles and flavour them with berry flour. The truffles are packed in a beautiful gift box. Participants will have an exciting experience of making healthy sweets.
