At least, that’s what we believe in Örrekes. You can find out in the workshop which worm powder and which animal bone meal we use to make marzipan . The truffles are packaged beautifully and can be topped with a variety of toppings.
In the workshop, we will talk about the history of marzipan and its connection with medieval Tallinn. Let’s tell the legend of “Mard’s bread”. We hand roll small truffles and season them with berry flours. We pack the truffles in a beautiful gift box. Participants will have the exciting experience of making healthy sweets.
