In the workshop, each participant is able to blend a suitable tea from our recipe library. Choose from a Christmas tea, stimulating morning tea, a soothing evening tea, a digestive tea or your own recipe. We talk about the properties of medicinal herbs and when it’s the right time to stock up for winter.
