In the spices workshop, we prepare different seasoning salts. We try to find flavours and aromas that are suitable for seasoning different foods. We’ll wander the continents to sniff oriental aromas, taste Mediterranean flavours and mix up a blend of seasonings for grilling. Participants will go on a flavour journey, at the end of which they will each have a few jars or bags of seasoning salt blends inspired either by the world of oriental flavours, by what’s suitable for a grill night, or even by personal taste preferences.
